5. Hot Coco
This has to be my absolute favourite substitue for coffee. Creamy coffee drinks offer an instant jolt of energy, but you may find yourself feeling sluggish as the caffeine wears off later in the afternoon. If you want to cut down on the calories, simply use sugar alternatives and use low fat level milk or simply use unsweetened soy, if available. And an iced chocolate on a warm day is almost as lovely a treat as an iced coffee.
